We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. Popular dates fill up fast. That said, we sometimes have last-minute availability — just call or text and we'll do our best.

We serve Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, and Apache Junction at standard rates — no extra travel fees. Outside the East Valley? We'll provide a custom quote with a small travel add-on.

Absolutely. Jim is fully bilingual and moves seamlessly between English and Spanish throughout the event. The song catalog includes thousands of Spanish-language tracks — ranchera, cumbia, pop en español, and more.

Over 100,000 licensed karaoke tracks across every genre — pop, rock, country, R&B, hip-hop, Latin, Broadway, Disney, 80s/90s classics, and current hits. All legally licensed.

Professional-grade gear: powered 12" PA speakers, digital mixer, premium wireless microphones, dedicated karaoke laptop, and a lyrics display (TV or projector). Plus backup mics, cables, and a spare laptop at every event.

Just a standard power outlet and enough space for the setup (about 6' x 4'). We bring everything else. For outdoor events, a covered or shaded area is ideal.

Yes! Guests can request songs at the event or submit them ahead of time through our Song Requests page. We recommend pre-submitting so everyone's favorites are queued up.

DIY Rental: We deliver, set up, give you a quick tutorial, and you run it at your own pace. Great for casual hangouts where you want to control the vibe.

Yes — 25% deposit holds your date, with the balance due day-of. We accept cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.

Cancel 14+ days out for a full refund. 7–13 days out, we'll credit toward a future date. Within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable, but we'll try to reschedule. Weather-related cancellations for outdoor events are handled case-by-case.

Yes! Backyard parties, patios, parks — some of our favorite gigs. We just need a power outlet and ideally some shade for equipment. Our speakers project great outdoors.

We arrive 45–60 minutes before start time. Everything is set up, tested, and ready before your first guest arrives. Teardown takes about 20–30 minutes.
